Q 1: What is the purpose of the LGIRS?

A 1: The purpose of the LGIRS is to limit government through the universal truths found in the Holy Scripture.  The answers to all of our nation’s problems are found in the Scripture.  We have to bring the universal truths back into public discourse.

Q 2: Does the LGIRS support one political party over another?

A 2: Political parties are created by man, not God.  Therefore, the LGIRS is a non-partisan organization.  We believe everyone can benefit from the universal truths found in the Holy Scripture. 

Q 3: Does the LGIRS provide legal representation in the event of a lawsuit due to me standing up for my beliefs in a public forum?

A 3: The LGIRS will provide legal representation and legal assistance to those who attempt to communicate Universal Truths in public forums and are denied.

Q 4: How much will attorneys on behalf of the LGIRS cost me?

A 4: The LGIRS is a non-profit organization that functions off of tax-deductable donations from donors.  If the Board of Directors decides to assist you, there will be no charge.

Q 5: If the LGIRS decides to help me, who will represent me?

A 5: The LGIRS will find a local attorney to represent you 

Q 6: Will I have to go to court?

A 6: There is always a possibility of going to court after a lawsuit is filed.  If the case is not dismissed or a settlement is not reached outside of court, then you may have to go to court. 

Q 7: How can I make a financial contribution to the LGIRS?

A 7: You can donate money under the “Join” tab located at the top of the page.  You can also mail a check made out to the Limited Government and Inalienable Rights Society to 670 Lafayette Street Ringgold, Georgia 30736

Q 8: How can I find more information outside of your website?

A 8: The LGIRS has a speaker’s bureau.  The speaker’s bureau is a collection of LGIRS supporters who speak at different local events.  Upon your request, we can have a member of our speaker’s bureau present additional information on the LGIRS at a local venue. 

Q 9: Besides legal assistance, what else does the LGIRS do?

A 9 Our main priority and job is to disseminate information and educate citizens and policy makers on the universal truths in the Holy Scripture that will turn our country around.
